BOOK CLUB

 

This group meets at local home usually at 7:45PM on the fourth Thursday of the month. They discuss the books they read and also engage in a bit of social “chit-chat” as relationships develop among friends and neighbors. Contact Laura Evans, at 764-3109, for more information.

BUNCO & BRIDGE GROUP

 

The Bridge Group is looking for new players and occasional substitutes.  This group meets every other Wednesday from 10:00AM to 3:30PM for Duplicate Bridge and alternate Wednesday evenings from 8:00PM to 11:30PM for Party Bridge. Wednesday Morning Bridge includes snacks, lunch with wine, and dessert.  Wednesday Evening Bridge includes snacks, dessert and coffee.  Two to three tables are set up during each event to accommodate players.  All levels of expertise are welcome, as long as you have a basic understanding of Bridge. We are also looking for BUNCO players for once a month.  The games are scheduled the first Tuesday of every month.  No experience is necessary.  Contact Anne Cook, at 763-4625, if you are interested in playing or just subbing once in awhile.

 

WINE CLUB

 

We currently need members to get this group going.   We are trying to put together a new group targeted to those who wish to nurture their inner oenophile.  If you are interested in providing leadership for this club or in participating in its events, please email prnnc@hotmail.com.

 

PLAYGROUPS

COME BIKE RIDE WITH US

 

PRNNC members Gayle Mazlish and Nicole Engel invite you to join them on Saturday mornings at 8:00AM to ride with the Pound Ridge Bike Group.  The group meets at The Pound Ridge Town Park (in the parking lot near the bike rack) and all levels of riders are welcom.  Both residents and non-residents are welcome to ride.  Weather permitting, rides last about two hours and meet back at the park for refreshments.
